Company Description

Summit Group is leading of auto parts maker for the automobile industry, established in 1972. Currently, the company has diversified and extensively focused in property development and recreational industry in wide range of property development from golf course, international chain hotel, serviced apartment, office and commercial building. We are not only focusing in the undergoing development projects but also planning to develop a portfolio in Bangkok, Phuket, Chaingmai., etc.

Assistant General Manager (Business Development) 1 position
(Hotel, Commercial, Residential Business & Project)

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years working experence in real estate and business development of hotel, commercial and residential business. i
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Management, Real Estate Management Architecture or related field.
- Knowledge of business planning, project development and understanding of conceptual design for real estate project.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, computer literacy, good communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and good leadership and teamwork spirit.

2. Resident Manager / General Manager 1 position
(Executive Serviced Apartment)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Hotel and Tourism, Managerial or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in operation the hotel, serviced apartment or Property management, pre-opening experience is preferable.
- Strong budgetary, projections and cost control skill.
- Lead a team of key managers to maximize profitability through effective management and use of innovative marketing and customer service strategies to achieve high standards of service delivery and hence customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, computer literacy, good communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and good leadership and teamwork spirit.

3. Assistant General Manager 1 position
(Project & Construction Development)
Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years working experience in Construction management.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of project development and understanding of Manufacturing construction, real estate or Industrial Plant.
- Good command of English, computer literacy, communication, interpersonal skills, leadership and teamwork spirit.

4. Construction Assistant Manager 1 position
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Construction Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Construction supervision and management preferably in hotel/ commercial or residential project
- Knowledge, understanding of construction, system setup, layout design
- Good command of English, computer literacy, communication, interpersonal skills, leadership and teamwork spirit.

5. Assistant Project Manager (Architecture/Interior) 1 position
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Knowledge, understanding of architecture, interior design, layout design
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Architecture supervision and management preferably in hotel/ commercial/ residential project)
- Good command of English, computer literacy, communication, interpersonal skills, leadership and teamwork spirit.

6. Project Engineer/ Site Engineer 2 position
(Civil, Construction Engineering)
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil, Construction Engineering
- 5/3 years experience in construction project
- Good command of English

7. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER 2 position
Qualifications:

- Female , Diploma - Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1-2years experience in Project management is preferable.
- Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal, communication skills, able to handle pressure well with good attitude towards supportive tasks.
- To perform full range of administrative duties with high responsibilities, also, supporting to activities and tasks with highly confidential organizes flow of work by reviewing correspondences and prioritizing the importance of both internal & external documents before distributing to management.
- To coordinate and collaborate with each division internally and externally.
- Handle in-coming, out-coming calls, emails and documents.
